With a over 12 years in London Property Development Recruitment, Influence Recruitment was born from the idea that talent advice and strong introductions will have positive effects that ripple through organisations. Carly has spent her entire career in property. Originally from Perth, Australia, Carly started her working life in new home sales. On moving to London over 10 years ago, Carly set up and ran a very successful recruitment team focusing on developers for one of the major players. After growing the team to almost 30 people, Carly decided that she really missed the personal interaction of the recruitment process, and so Influence Recruitment was born. Carly’s unparalleled ‘black book’ of property development professionals means that she can access opportunities and candidates that are most likely unknown to other recruitment agencies.
